2. General information
We process personal data exclusively on the basis of the GDPR, the DSG and the Telecommunications Act (TKG 2021).
Insofar as we act as a contractor for our customers, we observe the aforementioned laws when handling personal data and take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the data. Our employees are obliged according to § 6 DSG (data secrecy).
The data protection declaration within the meaning of Articles 13 and 14 GDPR as well as any processor agreement within the meaning of Article 28(3) GDPR are attached or agreed separately to the respective order.
3. Visiting our website / server log files
When you visit our website, the following data is processed for technical reasons: IP address, date and time of access, pages accessed, browser type, operating system, referrer URL.
The processing is carried out for the provision and security of the website.

4. Cookies and Consent Management (Real Cookie Banner)
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies (e.g. pixels) to provide basic functionality and, upon consent, to use additional services (e.g. external media).
To manage the cookies and consents used, we use the consent tool "Real Cookie Banner" one. In particular, your selection (consent/rejection), a pseudonymous identifier, date and time as well as technical information about your browser will be processed in order to store and prove your settings.

The provision of this data is not required by law or contract. However, if you do not provide personal data in connection with the Consent Tool, we will not be able to store your individual consents; only technically necessary cookies are used.
5. Multilingualism / Use of TranslatePress
We use the WordPress plugin ‘TranslatePress’ (SC Reflection Media SRL, Romania) to provide our website in several languages. The translations are created manually by us and stored on our own server; there is no automatic translation via external services (e.g. DeepL, Google Translate).
To store your language selection, TranslatePress sets a technically necessary cookie (e.g. trp _language). This cookie contains only the language you choose and no other personal data. It is used to automatically display our website in the selected language during further visits.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a user-friendly, multilingual presentation).
Storage period: The session cookies are deleted as soon as you close the browser.
6. Integration of videos via Vimeo
On individual pages we bind videos of the platform Vimeo a (Vimeo.com, Inc., 330 West 34th Street, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10001, USA).
When a page with embedded Vimeo video is accessed, a connection to Vimeo servers is established. Data such as IP address, URL accessed, date and time as well as information about your browser and operating system are transmitted to Vimeo. Vimeo may use cookies and similar technologies to process usage information. If you are logged in to Vimeo, Vimeo can assign your visit to our website to your account.
Vimeo is only integrated if you have consented to the use of external media as part of our cookie banner or consent tool (e.g. two-click solution). Without consent, Vimeo videos will not be loaded.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 165 TKG 2021 (consent).
You can revoke your consent at any time via the cookie settings with effect for the future.
Vimeo also processes data in the USA. The transfer takes place on the basis of the guarantees provided by Vimeo in accordance with Article 44 et seq. of the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

7. Newsletter / Mailchimp
You have the option of subscribing to the e-vo newsletter via our website. For this purpose, we need your e-mail address and the declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. As soon as you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you an e-mail with a link to confirm your registration. We would like to point out that the data of newsletter subscribers (name, e-mail address) are transmitted to MailChimp and processed there.
You can cancel the subscription to the newsletter at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following e-mail address: evo@comunit.at or cancel directly via the newsletter. We will then immediately delete your data.
In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
8. Recipients, processors and third countries
In order to provide our website and services, we use service providers (processors) on a case-by-case basis, for example for hosting, IT operation, maintenance, consent management and, if necessary, other services. These process personal data exclusively on our instructions and on the basis of order processing contracts in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
A transfer to third countries (e.g. USA) only takes place if this is necessary for the use of individual services (e.g. Vimeo) and using appropriate guarantees in accordance with Article 44 et seq. GDPR (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, supplementary measures).
9. Storage period
We process personal data only as long as this is necessary to fulfil the respective purposes or as long as legal retention obligations exist.

Within the framework of the legal requirements, you have the right to:
